How To Make Black Kettle Restaurant’s Pumpkin Pie
A classic Thanksgiving dessert with a rich and creamy pumpkin filling, baked in a flaky crust.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Roll out the pie crust and place into a 9-inch pie dish, crimp edges as desired.

In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, and salt until smooth.

Pour filling into prepared pie crust.

Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 40-45 minutes or until filling is set.

Cool on a wire rack. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
