How To Make Aunt Susie’s Blueberry Muffins
Delicious and fluffy muffins bursting with fresh blueberries.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat sugar, oil, and egg together until mixture is smooth.

Add milk and vanilla into the sugar mixture and stir well.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture, stirring until batter is smooth.

Fold in blueberries.

Grease muffin tin or line with paper cups.

Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.

Cool muffins in pan for 5 minutes before removing onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
