How To Make Aunt Susie’s Mashed Potatoes

- 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
Instructions

In a large pot, add the chopped potatoes and enough water to cover them.

Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are fork-tender (about 20 minutes).
