How To Make Aunt Susie’s Zucchini Bread
Delicious and moist zucchini bread, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cups grated zucchini
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate large bowl, whisk the eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract. Then, stir in the grated zucchini.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.

Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
