Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.

  2. Place ribs in a baking dish and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 2.5 hours.

  4. Remove the foil, brush ribs with BBQ sauce, and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
