How To Make Aunt Susie’s Beef Stew Recipe
A hearty and comforting stew packed with tender beef, vegetables, and rich flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 lb stew beef, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Brown the beef on all sides, then remove and set aside.

Add onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.

Add potatoes, carrots, and celery to the pot and cook for a few minutes.

Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, salt, and pepper.
