How To Make Aunt Susie’s Cheesy Potatoes Recipe
Creamy and indulgent, these cheesy potatoes are the perfect side dish.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs of potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place potatoes in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth.

Gradually whisk in milk and bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in salt, pepper, and cheese.

Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and toss to coat.

Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
