How To Make Aunt Jemima’s Bacon and Egg Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices of bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, then remove from pan and drain on paper towels.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Stir in cheese, bread, and bacon.

  5. Pour mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.

  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
