How To Make Aunt Jemima’s Bacon and Egg Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of bread, cubed

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, then remove from pan and drain on paper towels.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Stir in cheese, bread, and bacon.

Pour mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
