  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder or chopped nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat

  2. Once it simmers, remove from heat and add in chopped chocolate, stirring until fully melted

  3. Stir in vanilla extract and let the mixture cool to room temperature

  4. Once cooled, scoop into balls with a spoon and roll in cocoa powder or chopped nuts

  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour to set before serving
