How To Make Chilli Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion. Sauté until golden brown.

Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.

Add the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.

Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is tender.

Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
