Ingredients
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, ham, onion, bell pepper, celery, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 4 equal squares.

Spoon the chicken and ham mixture onto one half of each square, leaving a border around the edges.

Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling and press the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.

Repeat with the remaining puff pastry sheet and filling.

Place the pies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops of the pies with beaten egg.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pies are golden brown and crispy.
