  • 2 pounds of chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup of hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the hot sauce, melted butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated in the sauce.

  4. Place the wings on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Flip the wings and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until they are crispy and cooked through.

  6. Remove from the oven and let the wings cool for a few minutes before serving.
