How To Make Chicken Sausage and White Bean Stew
A hearty stew with chicken sausage and white beans in a flavorful broth.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 chicken sausages, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups baby spinach
Instructions

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add chicken sausage slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add onion and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent.

Stir in white beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Add baby spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
