  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add chicken sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.

  3. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.

  4. Season with paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

  5. Serve hot.
