How To Make Chicken, Kale & Sprout Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 cups kale, stems removed and chopped
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add Brussels sprouts and cook for about 2 minutes until slightly softened.

Add kale and cook for another 2 minutes until wilted.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.

Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
