Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dried thyme, and dried oregano. Place them in the baking dish.

  3. In a skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the chopped kale and cook until wilted.

  4. Pour the heavy cream over the kale mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well.

  5. Pour the kale and cream mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly covered.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden and bubbly.

  7. Serve the creamy kale and chicken traybake hot.
