How To Make Creamy Kale & Chicken Traybake

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dried thyme, and dried oregano. Place them in the baking dish.

In a skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the chopped kale and cook until wilted.
