  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme.

  2. In another shallow dish, beat eggs and milk together.

  3. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.

  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  5. Fry the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Transfer the chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
