How To Make Sausages with Herby White Beans
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 sausages
- 2 cans of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the sausages until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until fragrant and onions are translucent.

Add the drained white beans, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and smoked paprika to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the beans are heated through and the flavors have melded together.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the sausages on top of the herby white beans. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
