  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
  • ½(190°C).

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  • Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  • Add the tarragon and olives to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.

  • Pour the garlic, tarragon, and olive mixture over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.

  • Serve the chicken with the flavorful tarragon, garlic, and olive sauce.
