How To Make 15-Minute Chicken & Halloumi Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 8 ounces halloumi cheese, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken with salt and pepper.

Divide the chicken mixture into 4 equal parts and shape them into burger patties.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the chicken patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

While the patties are cooking, grill the halloumi slices for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden and slightly melted.

Toast the burger buns.

Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on the bottom half of each bun.

Top with a slice of grilled halloumi, tomato slices, and lettuce.

Place the top half of the bun on each burger.

Serve the chicken and halloumi burgers immediately.
