How To Make Stir-fried Savoy Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 small savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until it starts to wilt.

Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Continue to stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cabbage is cooked but still crisp.
