Ingredients

  • 1 small savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the sliced cabbage to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until it starts to wilt.

  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Continue to stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cabbage is cooked but still crisp.

  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
