How To Make Overnight Blueberry French Toast

- 8 slices of day-old bread
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
- Powdered sugar, for serving
Instructions

Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and arrange the bread slices in a single layer.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices, making sure each slice is coated.

Sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the bread.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
