  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the pie crust and carefully place it into a pie dish, pressing it against the sides and bottom.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Sprinkle the diced vegetables and shredded cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.

  5. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the vegetables and cheese.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and golden brown on top.
