How To Make Spinach, Coconut & Turmeric Baked Eggs with Paratha

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 parathas
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut milk, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in the chopped spinach.

Grease a baking dish and pour the egg mixture into it.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
