How To Make Punjabi Paratha

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp ghee or oil
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt. Mix well.

Gradually add water and knead until you have a soft and smooth dough.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls.

Roll out one ball into a small circle and apply some ghee or oil on top.

Fold the circle into half, then apply ghee or oil again and fold it once more to form a triangle.

Roll out the triangle gently into a larger triangular paratha.

Heat a tawa or flat pan and place the paratha on it. Cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.

Flip the paratha and cook the other side until golden brown spots appear.

Repeat the process with the remaining dough portions.

Serve hot with any side dish or pickle of your choice.
