Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup cooked prawns
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the pizza dough package.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, fennel seeds, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

  3. Roll out the pizza dough and transfer it onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  4. Brush the lemon and fennel mixture onto the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza dough.

  6. Top with cooked prawns.

  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

  10. Garnish with fresh chopped basil before serving.
