How To Make Indian Tofu Paratha Recipe
A delicious Indian paratha filled with flavorful tofu.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 1 cup of crumbled firm tofu
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp of coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp of chaat masala
Instructions

In a bowl, mix wheat flour, salt and oil. Add water and knead into a soft dough. Keep it aside.

In a frying pan, sauté onions and green chili. Add crumbled tofu and mix well.

Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chaat masala. Mix well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Divide the dough into small portions. Roll each portion into a small circle. Add the tofu mixture in the center. Fold the edges to cover the filling and roll it into a paratha.

Place the paratha on a hot griddle and cook on both sides until golden brown.

Serve hot with chutney, pickle or yogurt.
