How To Make Eggs and Sausage Breakfast Hash

- 4 small potatoes, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 4 sausage links, sliced
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, then add diced potatoes and onions. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly browned.

Add the sliced sausage to the skillet, and cook until lightly browned.

Push the potato and sausage mixture to the edges of the skillet to create an opening in the center. Crack the eggs into the center, season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
