  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for a minute.

  4. Using a spatula, gently scramble the eggs by pushing them from the edges towards the center.

  5. Continue scrambling until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency, about 3-4 minutes.

  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
