Ingredients
- 4 duck breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 small slider buns
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the duck breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

Pour the sauce over the duck breasts and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, basting the duck with the sauce every 5 minutes.

Remove the skillet from the oven and let the duck rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
