Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked lentils
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slider buns
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions

In a large bowl, mash the cooked lentils until they have a paste-like consistency.

Add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to the lentil mixture. Mix well.
