How To Make Leftover Lamb Sliders Recipe
A delicious and flavorful way to use up leftover lamb!

Ingredients
- 8 slider buns
- 2 cups shredded leftover lamb
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottoms on a baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix the shredded lamb with the BBQ sauce.

Spoon the lamb mixture over the slider bun bottoms and top with sliced red onion and crumbled feta.

Place the slider bun tops on top of the lamb mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes, until heated through.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
