  • 4 flatbreads
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.

  2. Crack an egg onto each flatbread, making sure to keep the yolks intact.

  3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, feta cheese, and chopped tomatoes.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking and the flatbreads are crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
