How To Make Turkish Egg Flatbreads

- 4 flatbreads
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Crack an egg onto each flatbread, making sure to keep the yolks intact.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley, feta cheese, and chopped tomatoes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
