Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Stir in the flour until the mixture forms a dough.

  4. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thickness.

  5. Cut the dough into small squares or shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.

  6. Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
