Ingredients

  • 4 graham crackers
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 4 marshmallows
  • 4 tsp crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup meringue topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.

  2. Place 4 graham crackers on a baking sheet.

  3. Spread 1/4 cup of lemon curd on each graham cracker.

  4. Place a marshmallow on top of each graham cracker.

  5. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.

  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle each s’more with 1 tsp of crushed graham cracker crumbs.

  7. Top each s’more with a dollop of meringue topping.

  8. Return to oven and broil for an additional 1-2 minutes until meringue is lightly browned.

  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
