How To Make Lemon Meringue Pie S’mores

Ingredients
- 4 graham crackers
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 4 marshmallows
- 4 tsp crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup meringue topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to broil.

Place 4 graham crackers on a baking sheet.

Spread 1/4 cup of lemon curd on each graham cracker.

Place a marshmallow on top of each graham cracker.

Broil for 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.

Remove from oven and sprinkle each s’more with 1 tsp of crushed graham cracker crumbs.

Top each s’more with a dollop of meringue topping.

Return to oven and broil for an additional 1-2 minutes until meringue is lightly browned.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
