How To Make Sourdough Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together sourdough starter, pumpkin puree, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground ginger.

Add bread flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.

Place dough into a greased loaf pan and let rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Drizzle olive oil over the top of the dough.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
