How To Make Potato Scones

Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- Cooking oil, for frying
Instructions

In a large bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the flour mixture to the mashed potatoes and mix well.

Pour in the melted butter and milk, and combine until the dough comes together.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat round scone.

Heat a little cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
