- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually add in the buttermilk, mixing until a soft dough forms.
