Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish.

Steam the broccoli florets and corn kernels until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.

Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.

Add the steamed broccoli and corn to the cheese sauce. Mix until well coated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
