How To Make Pumpkin Spice Bread Recipe
A delicious and flavorful pumpkin bread infused with classic autumn spices.

Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil and granulated sugar until well combined.

Add in the eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition.

Add in the pumpkin puree and whisk until smooth.

Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.

Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
