- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
