How To Make Artichoke Focaccia

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Press the dough out to form a rectangle.

Top the dough with the chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, and fresh rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.

Allow the focaccia to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
