How To Make Vegetarian Pesto and Mozzarella Panini Recipe

A delicious panini recipe, filled with vegetarian pesto and melted mozzarella cheese.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup of vegetarian pesto
  • 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp of butter

Instructions

  1. Spread the vegetarian pesto on 4 slices of bread.

  2. Add 2 slices of mozzarella on top of the pesto.

  3. Top with the remaining slices of bread.

  4. Spread butter on the outer part of the bread.

  5. Heat a pan over medium heat.

  6. Place the sandwiches on the pan and grill on both sides until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  7. Serve hot.
