How To Make Red Bell Pepper and Basil Pesto Pasta
This delicious and flavorful pasta dish mixes the sweetness of red bell peppers with the freshness of basil.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fusilli pasta
- 2 red bell peppers, roasted and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, packed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, according to the package instructions, until al dente.
