How To Make Soy & Sake-Marinated Striploin of Beef

Ingredients
- 1 lb striploin of beef, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sake, sugar, garlic, and ginger.

Add the beef slices to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Remove beef from marinade, reserving the marinade for later.

Sear the beef slices for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.

Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Serve the soy & sake-marinated striploin of beef hot with steamed rice or noodles.
