How To Make Shaved Beef Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers, halved and deseeded
- 1 lb shaved beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Put the bell pepper halves in a baking dish and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and add garlic and onion. Cook until translucent.

Add the shaved beef and saute until fully cooked.

Season with dried basil, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Mix in cooked rice and grated parmesan cheese.

Divide the beef mixture into each bell pepper half.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the peppers are tender and lightly browned.
