How To Make Shaved Beef Biryani Recipe
Mouthwatering biryani with tender shaved beef, aromatic spices, and fragrant basmati rice.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. shaved beef
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 green cardamom pods
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups water
Instructions

Rinse the basmati rice until the water runs clear. Soak it for 30 minutes and drain.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, ginger paste, and garlic paste; sauté for 2 minutes.

Add shaved beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.

Add bay leaves, green cardamom pods, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add rice, salt, and water, bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes until rice is tender.

Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
