How To Make Beef Sausage and Rice Casserole Recipe
A hearty casserole with beef sausage and rice, perfect for a filling and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sausage, sliced
- 1 cup medium-grain rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, brown the beef sausage over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Add diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes.

Add rice, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper and stir well.

Pour the rice mixture into a 9×13 inch casserole dish and cover with foil.

Bake for 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
