How To Make Andouille Sausage and Cauliflower Rice Recipe
This flavorful and healthy recipe features cauliflower rice and spicy andouille sausage.

Ingredients
- 1 lb andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 head cauliflower, grated or pulsed in food processor
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add sliced andouille sausage and cook until browned.

Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté until tender.

Add chopped red bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
