How To Make Hearty Beef Casserole Recipe
A flavorful meat and veggie casserole that will leave you feeling satisfied and warm inside.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 2 cups chopped vegetables (such as carrots, celery, and onion)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a large oven-safe pot, brown beef stew meat over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Remove meat from pot and set aside.

Add chopped vegetables and minced garlic to the pot and sauté for about 5 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add browned beef stew meat back to the pot. Cover and place in preheated oven for 1 hour.

In a small bowl, mix together flour and water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the pot and mix well. Cover and place back in the oven for another hour.

Serve over cooked egg noodles.
